The Strengthening Sustainability at Trinity College grant has launched the Digitally Mapping Hometowns Project which is a web platform for youth to map, document, and discuss environmental and sustainability issues in their hometowns and other places that they have significant contact with.
The project is currently seeking submissions from youth (including from students outside of Trinity College) ages 14-26 in the form blog posts, creative writing, artwork, photo essays, and podcasts. Submissions should reflect a specific environment and/or sustainability issue affecting the author's hometown or any place that they have had significant contact with (including Study Abroad). In order to learn more about the project and how to submit, please visit the project site or contact Jennifer Tran '17 at firstname.lastname@example.org. The project will continue to read submission all year round.
