In the coming weeks others are helping assist an outside team from Aramark’s Engineering and Asset Solutions (EAS) group who will be on site to conduct a Facilities Conditions Assessment (FCA) of Trinity’s buildings during the weeks March 27 and April 3 and/or April 17.  The team is surveying and determining the condition of Trinity’s facilities and building systems. They are conducting comprehensive evaluations of all building Architectural and MEP systems – including mechanical, electrical and plumbing issues – to identify the extent of any known or potential maintenance exposures.  Please be aware the team may be in your building and may stop in and ask some simple questions about the whether the heating, cooling and electrical systems meeting your current needs.  They will collect the critical information we need to ensure business continuity to optimize current and future facility planning assessments. 

• Week of March 27th will focus on the Main Campus.  
• Week of April 3rd and/or 17th  will address the remainder of the main campus .
