Starting the week of May 22nd, immediately following Commencement, the Registrar’s Office will begin the process of posting final degree information to students’ transcripts. This process can take several days to complete.  If you will be in need of a copy/copies of your final transcript, you may complete our transcript request form ahead of time to leave with the Registrar’s Office. On the form you will indicate, “hold for degree posting” and once our processing is complete we will send out the transcripts.

Please Note: we cannot issue a transcript if there are certain holds in place. If you are unable to view your unofficial transcript on TCOnline (you get an error message “report not created-negative service indicator”), this is an indication that there is a hold in place. You can view your holds on the Student Center page on TCOnline; clicking on the details of a hold will tell you what it is for, what office placed it, and therefore who you must contact about having the hold removed. If you intend to make a transcript request with us, please be sure all holds are resolved so there will be no delays sending it out once the degree posting process is complete.
Congratulations and best wishes from the staff of the Registrar’s Office
