The final pay period for the academic year is 05/08/17 thru 05/21/17. This check will be issued on Friday, May 26, 2017. Academic year student jobs will be automatically terminated by Payroll. All academic year timesheets must be submitted no later than Monday, May 22, 2017.  Please contact Payroll if your student misses this deadline.

The first pay period for the summer is 05/22/17 – 06/04/17. Please be sure to submit a Summer Student Payroll Authorization to hire any undergraduate students working over the summer. If they will begin working the week of 05/22/17, please submit the Summer Student Payroll Authorization by 05/18/17. Remember, if you have undergraduate students continuing from the academic year, they must be rehired for the summer. All academic year jobs will be terminated on 05/21/17.

Please be sure to provide all summer student hires with a copy of the Time & Labor Time Entry Instructions and a Summer 2017 Calendar.

The authorized summer pay rates are:
A $10.10
B $10.50
C $10.75
D $11.00
E $11.25

Timesheets for the last academic year payroll are due by 05/22/17
Timesheets for the first summer payroll are due by 06/05/17

If you are employing students for the summer who will graduate from Trinity on 05/21/17, you must contact Human Resources in order to complete the appropriate hiring paperwork. Once a student has graduated, they can no longer be paid via the undergraduate student payroll.
